1-2-1 Personal Training
Train with me in a way that suits you. Whether your goal is to get stronger with weight training, learn Calisthenics (bodyweight strength), or improve your fitness through HIIT, we’ll choose the style of training that fits your goals and feels right for you. Every session is personalised, guided, and focused on steady, confident progress.
Group sessions
A cost-effective way to train with me while staying motivated alongside others. Work in a small group of 2–3 people, each with your own goals and personalised guidance. You’ll still get coaching on technique, progress and support, but with the added energy of training together and sharing the journey.
Online coaching
Get a personalised training plan that you can follow in your own time. I’ll create your workouts through the TrueCoach app, complete with video demonstrations and clear instructions, so you always know exactly what to do in the gym. This is a flexible and cost-effective way to train with guidance and structure, without needing scheduled check-ins or appointments.
